(???? recommend) (Read below)
Drums and our throughs about them can truly be a fascinating thing.
There are always conversations to be had about what material is better for a snare drum or what tuning is right.
Yet, in the end, none of that matters when it comes to serving the music.
Sure you want drums to have great hardware, bearing edges, and be well constructed.
But when it comes to serving the music, the best drum is the drum that serves that song the best.
It doesn’t matter what heads are on it or what the shell is made of.
What matters is that when that snare drum is dialed in, it will be able to serve that song the best through the performance of the drummer playing it.
It’s always so exciting to go back and forth talking about specs and gear, but we need to remember what that gear was made for in the first place. That was to help support and serve the music being created.
Anyways, have a great rest of the week, love you guys!! Okay. Byeeeee. ????????????????❤️????????
