We're carrying on with our new series Morning Hypopressives Minis! All the flows in this series have 6 different poses, with 22 vacuums per session. Each pose will work to lift and strengthen your pelvic floor, improving your pelvic floor tone and function, whilst relieving symptoms - helping you to feel confident again! Today we're on the floor.

If you don't know how to do hypopressives vacuum breath, you can do slow lateral (360) breathing instead, but do have a look in my beginners playlist to find out more about how to do the vacuum breath.
