Chair Yoga - Reset and Renew Class 0 - Seated. Welcome to the Reset and Renew 30-class challenge. I'm so happy you're joining us.
We’ll build our practice from the ground up, focusing on classes to reset and renew our body, mind and spirit. Some classes will be seated and others will include standing poses.
This 4 minute introduction is class 0 of our 30 class yoga journey. Join us as we build our practice from the ground up. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and improve focus.
You’ll only need a chair. We’ll start seated and move to a standing position and return to seated.
