Consistency is building! Welcome to DAY 3 of the 20 for 20 Consistency Yoga Challenge!
This 20-minute, all-levels flow focuses on Opening the Hips with Stability. After two days of foundational work, we build heat to safely release deep tension held in the hips and pelvis. This practice is essential for improving mobility, supporting your low back, and enhancing grounded balance.
???? Today's Focus:
- Hip Mobility: Targeting hip flexors and inner thighs with effective holds.
- Low Back Support: Using core stability (as learned in Day 1!) to protect the lower spine during deep hip opening.
- Grounding: Finding a sense of balance and steadiness through longer standing holds.
⏰ Flow Snapshot:
- Seated Centering & Intention
- Tabletop Hip Circles
- 1/2 supported Sun Salutations to warm the body
- Low Crescent Lunge for deep release
- Skandasana side to side flow
- Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana)
- Seated Side Stretches
- Seated straddle
- half happy baby pose
- Savasana
???? Stay Consistent! You can do this!
