Whew, what a week! I am still recovering from the last 7 days and these next few will not bring much more time to breathe. Nevertheless, I am very happy to spend some time with Stravinsky here for our concert next week. This fun Introduzione is the first movement out of his Suite Italienne, a transcription he made for violin and piano out of Pulcinella. And when Josef discovered it, he naturally arranged it for clarinet and piano :-)
