I love the feeling I get when I hear music in Eb or Cm. Cm in particular resonates with me in a way that’s just a bit more emotional than the others. Maybe it’s all those years listening to Devin Townsend and Killswitch Engage ????‍♂️.

Yes, despite those metal influences this idea is sounding quite emo to my ear ????‍♂️. Dont know where it came from but I’ll go with it.

This lick sounds particularly good over a 1-5-6-4 or even try a 4-6-1-5 progression in Eb Major and if you want to get the pacing close to this recording, set your metronome to around 77 bpm.

By the way, the intervals to play the scale are all up on the board????. I highly recommend learning this one if you haven’t yet. If you do, let me know what YOU come up with from it..
