You'll never be able to watch a normal Photoshop tutorial ever again. This video will ruin you, and us.

Behold my simple method of retaining the contrast in your waterfall photography even AFTER you've corrected all of your highlights and shadows. It's a simple trick but a powerful one. It's kind of like dodging and burning but not really.

Blake Rudis from F64 Academy coaches me through this process and offers up some cool methods of fine tuning my photo editing methods. He throws in a 'Blend If' technique and a really cool way of cloning out undesirable elements that should keep the 'destructive editing' trolls happy.

Naturally there is some level of argument and banter between us but we don't allow it to get out of control. Things go pretty well until Blake starts asking me for money to cover the gas costs of our most recent photography trip. Somehow my mouse lingers over the 'Leave' button and we accidentally get disconnected.

This video sets a new precedent for how Photoshop tutorials should be. 50% educational, 25% collaborative and 25% sarcastic.
