Not Like Us confronts themes of exclusion, division, and racial disparity. For me, this 3D artwork represents a commentary on racism, white supremacy, and the inability to see eye to eye as a society. The physical separation and misalignment of the two halves reflects the chasm between the left and right and the relentless tension between history and progress.
