Unique Miniature Pencil Sculptures by Italian artist Gianluca Veggia were presented in Malta. Here you can find - The Eye of Sauron from The Lord of the Rings, a car from The Back to the Future, a house with balls from the Disney cartoon UP, an R2-D2 robot from Star Wars, Batmobile from Batman, and many-many others. And the most impressive for me was the sculpture of Madonna della Pieta by Michelangelo. The original sculpture you can find nowadays in the Vatican in Saint Peter's Basilica. Hope one day Gianluca Veggia will have a chance to present this mini sculpture to Pope Francis. Gianluca Veggia is an Italian artist from the small village Panni in the south of Italy.
