A la demande des participantes, nous avons travaille sur les elements suivants:
- Ce qu'il ne faut pas faire en yoga quand on est enceinte
- comment adapter la pratique du yoga à la grossesse
- mieux respirer, faire de l'espace pour bébé
- soulager le dos
- aller tout doux
- renforcer le périnée
- se connecter à bébé
- se détendre
- rester active
- mieux dormir

Time to care of the mommies...
You need to releive Back pain, to move, to breath better, to regain energy, to improve sleep, to stretch the legs, to make space for baby in the physical & emotional way, and connect with baby . This is some of the most beautiful l periods in the life of the woman. A time to savour, to be pampered, to be celebrate and share with other women
Post partum, you need to open the chest, rebuild the perineum, core strength in a gentle way, find your body sensations again, regain strength in the quads, take a moment for yourself, find good strategies/ postures for breasfeeding/ feeding posture, define the new spaces, find activities to you with baby that can relax both of you.
