Six Singaporean artists have been honoured with the country's top accolades for their pursuit of excellence. Cultural Medallion recipient Aravinth Kumarasamy's dance company has been to more than 40 countries for collaborations and has placed Singapore's Indian dance on the world map. Another Cultural Medallion recipient, theatre veteran Kok Heng Leun, has directed more than 90 productions.
