Held from July 23-26, 2025 in Harbin City, China, the 7th Harbin International Accordion Art Week includes concerts, workshops, seminars and competitions. Since 2010, the Harbin International Accordion Art Week with its unique and artistic charm, has become an important part of the China Harbin Summer Music Festival, an international cultural festival held jointly by the China Ministry of Culture and the Harbin People’s Government.

Yuri Shishkin, a merited artist of Russia, is an outstanding representative in the field of bayan accordion and enjoys high praise worldwide. He won international competition awards in Klingenthal, Germany in 1988, in Kansas, USA in 1990, and in Castelfidardo, Italy in 1991.
In the summer of 1992, he graduated from the Gnessin Music Academy in Moscow. At the age of 25, Yuri Shishkin began his concert career. His performances have been highly successful in Belgium, Germany, Finland, Sweden, the United States, Canada and China. He gives over 100 concert every year, featuring many new world premieres and also conducts master classes and tours around the world.
Alla Shatova has won multiple awards in international competitions such as those in Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, and Russia. Currently, Alla Shatova is actively engaged in teaching and performing at concerts. She collaborates with her husband, Konstantin Shatov, to compose and adapt piano, symphony, violin and vocal works for the piano and domra. Alla Shatova has successfully held several solo concerts, performing piano pieces by composers such as Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Albeniz, Prokofiev and Chopin.
Konstantin Shatov is a graduate from the Rostov Rachmaninoff State Conservatory, and has won more than 20 awards at national and international music competitions and festivals. His exceptional technique and musical expression have earned him recognition as one of the most outstanding domra performers of his generation. He is a soloist with the Rostov Philharmonic and frequently tours with the Rostov State Musical Theatre. He has also appeared as a guest soloist with numerous orchestras in Russia and abroad.
