The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg has slammed her own network for hiring a “convicted con artist” for a show.

During an episode on Thursday, Goldberg introduced a new contestant on the ABC show Dancing with the Stars (DWTS).

The new DWTS contestant is none other than Anna “Delvey” Sorokin, who will perform on the show with an ankle bracelet.

The co-host questioned if the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a “two-tiered system” for infamous people.

“I think back to the families who have had family members arrested by ICE who have gone to the courts to get their dad or their brother or their mother back, and this woman, they gave her permission to go do this,” she said.

“Now, should I think there’s a reason? Is there a two-tiered system here with ICE?”
