How to practice stretching by Dounis?
Doing stretching exercises can be harmful if it’s not practised with the greatest care and attention. If you’re experiencing any stiffness or pain in your hand please stop and rest for a few minutes and then continue.
Be sure to check tension in the fingers you are not using, they should remain soft and supple especially the thumb.
The exercises are divided into two parts, Part A is focusing on the falling movement, Part B is focusing on the side movement.
I like to choose one or maybe two exercises every day from both parts to get the best results.
