How to start when you’re back from holidays.
Choose any scale.
Start slow. Without vibrato (please!)
Focus on:
Sound quality
Intonation
Bow changes
Bow distribution
Left hand changes

Then go back to the origin of everything:
Bach!

Start fixing:
Sound
Intonation
Bow changes
Musical phrase
Almost no vibrato again!

Make an effort to hear what you do instead of what you think you’re doing.
Probably you’ll think you’re doing well.
The day after will be harder because you’ll expect more.
