first thing, I am still alive. Somehow. Second thing, I decided my lack of skills is definitely due to the tools, and not my ability. Probably. So I bought a festool. But I’m poor so I bought an old one. I sold my Einhell. Kind of sad but also not really because the festool is more attractive than I think tools should be.

In this video I compare them, from the viewpoint of a DIY idiot. Hope you learn something, and then go watch some proper reviews before you make any decisions. You should not consider anything in this video to be a good reflection of the reality of woodworking. My projects are the woodworking equivalent of impressionism, just without the talent that impressionist painters have. Its more like your child bringing a painting home, although in this case, not even my mum thinks its good.
