AC/DC is one of the top selling bands of all time. They were a success in Australia in the mid 70's and they slowly crew in popularity until they hit the mainstream with their 1979 album Highway to Hell. Their follow up album Back in Black was released in 1980, and it became one of the biggest selling albums of all time. What makes it even stranger is that their previous lead singer Bon Scott had died, and they were able to replace him with Brian Johnson and record the full record in only a few months. The band struggled throughout the 80's to reach the success of Back in Black but they managed to produce another runway success with the song Thundrstruck released on the 1990 album Razor's Edge. These are my top 10 favorite AC/DC riffs. I tried to pick riffs that I enjoy and are also popular.
