I dove deep into Oakland, what has become one of Americas most dangerous cities with a huge crime rate where at certain times and in certain areas it seems like any crime is legal and anything can happen. I drove and walked on international boulevard which was known as East 14st which is easily known as one main street where most of the crime at activity takes place.
