just like the heart and the brain this one was made with layers of tinted latex colored with food coloring and built up on a solid mold, which was a blank bauble in this case and then filled with 'flex foam it! 3' (from smooth on) (But you could also use batting or shaped upholstery foam) this is so that it keeps the shape of the mold but stays squishy and then details are added on top building up more layers of the liquid latex (used like paint)
for this particular piece I cut slits to fit bought fake teeth into And then builds collars for them from liquid latex that did not actually glue to the teeth but rather held them close ????????????️. It took more layers than I was originally anticipating tbh .
