SPOT has been balancing a real NYC taxi on his nose for over 7 years straight - through hurricanes, blizzards, and heat waves. This 40-foot Dalmatian sculpture stands guard outside NYU Langone Children's Hospital, built specifically to catch kids' attention before they walk through those doors.
Artist Donald Lipski knew that scared children needed something impossible to believe in. So he created the ultimate distraction - a dog that literally juggles cars. The taxi is a real Toyota Prius (donated by Toyota) complete with working windshield wipers that activate when it rains.
