Back in 2021, Italian artist Salvatore Garau sold an invisible sculpture for $18,300. The sculpture was literally made of nothing. It’s as real as the Invisible Boatmobile I found on the Facebook marketplace. However, Salvatore did give the buyer a certificate of authenticity to confirm its existence, meaning the buyer paid $18,300 for a piece of paper.
