From Misconception to Clarity. The Power of the Open Throat

A little excerpt from the first edition of my recent Masterclass last week, featuring a participant from Turkey.
He arrived with the idea of a deep-larynx setup but with a completely closed pharynx, and a misunderstood concept of the passaggio. Like many, he was trying to cover internally, but without real opening, without structure, and without true coordination.

This short video shows what changed after just two 20-minute sessions, at the very start of the Masterclass.
We are still at the beginning (work in progress) as I say for years, but you can already hear how his posture, laryngeal position, and most importantly, the open pharynx, are beginning to let his real voice emerge.

The vocal material is beautiful and from this week, he begins private lessons with me and is joining the second edition of the Masterclass in September.

I’m honored to guide voices like his, and to clarify these damaging modern misunderstandings.
