Are you a Landscape painter who wants to paint looser? Do you end up struggling and adding too much detail?
In this video I want to show you how to loosen up by suggesting forms and shapes without rendering them rigidly. This is also a great way to let go of perfection - let me show you…
This step is essentially your first step to learn how to paint more abstract and more expressively. The concept can be used with any paining medium from acrylic paint, oil, watercolor, gouache and also pastels, colored pencils and oil sticks. Let's make this exercise the first step on your painting journey to painting looser and giving your paintings a modern edge. Simplicity beats detail.
