Suggestions for your improv :
???? C# minor pentatonic scale
???? 2 chords are not diatonic : F# (gives a dorian sound) and G#7 (the V of C#)
???? For melodies you can use the C# eolian scale (except on these 2 chords : C# dorian and C# harmonic minor)
???? If you stop on a note, make sure that it sounds good with the chord that is beeing played (usually it means the note is in this chord)
