Gwendolyn Masin discusses the advantages of a supple vibrato. She will guide you through positioning of the left arm and hand, the foundation of forming a finger and hand vibrato, and demonstrate exercises to support string players towards attaining greater liberty to express themselves musically. The exercises are designed to achieve calm of mind during practice which leads to more fluid movement and in turn, a greater variety in sound.

This seminar is part of the NCH International Master Course which is taking place online for 2020.
