In this video I talk about Maria Puchkova's Real-Time Hair Tutorial course, which I recorded for my article "Why I gave up on HairCards Workflow and how to learn the craft? Useful Tips from the CG Groomer." which will be out soon.
I didn't watch the complete course and only partially scrolled through all the video episodes and the pdf. But it was enough for me to understand what the course was about and I gave it 5 stars on Artstation.
I bought it honestly. And without any discounts. It is worth it. So this video is not an advertisement, but purely my initiative and desire to tell you about a great course.
Plus, this is a supplement to my article: "Why I gave up HairCards Workflow and how to learn this craft? Useful Tips from CG Groomer."
Why is this so? That's what we'll talk about in this video.
The course is good enough for beginners and not only. Even if you work in Ornatrix and have seen my lessons, it will be useful to you.
In the video I show the structure fluently and share my opinion, which will help you in deciding whether to buy it or not? Do you need it or are my lessons on the subject sufficient?
But personally, I'll explain why it's worth watching. What I showed in the article and the rest of the lessons - in principle, enough - to start working with haircards. But still, for a basic understanding of some of the points that I did not have time to tell - you should take this course.
