PSK Masterclass is produced by Khathu Nematei and this episode features Victor Kgantlape.
He is the founder of Goodfingers records and Let Arts Be Alive (LABA).
In 2011 he produced an album for the renowned local gospel sensation
Danielle Stilo and it is this union that introduced him to Chris Powell of Columbus, Ohio in United States (USA).
After having heard a number of singles from the internet via the You tube side, Chris then became interested in doing work with the duo, this resulted in a song FREEDOM (a song inspired and recorded for Nelson Mandela) which was recorded partly in Chris's studio in the USA and Goodfingers Records studios for the S.T.A.R.S worldwide which is a collaboration for the youth across the globe.
Other work includes creating jingles for radio stations like LESEDI FM and PHALAPHALA FM.
Victor was recently invited to play the Joy of Jazz event which was held at Moods and Flavours, for the Jazz appreciation clubs and societies by Peter Tladi. A highlight of his live performances as a solo artist was when he was invited to open the stage at the Macufe Indoor Jazz festival 2013, where Judith Sephuma, Anthony Hamilton (Orlando FL, USA) and Hugh Masekela were also performing, also on the Jazz night show which was held at the Bloemfontein civic theatre during December 2013 which again saw Victor sharing the stage with Ronny Jordan (London, Britain) and Oliver Mtukudzi.
During Macufe festival, Victor got to share the stage with Dave Kotz from USA, Kunle and Sierra Mastra from Australia.
