It's HERE!!!
Welcome to the Practical Guide, a series in which we explore piano repertoire and dive into helpful ways to practice, analyze and perform the pieces. Our first candidate is Gershwin's wonderful Rhapsody in Blue, the 1927 piano solo version, published by the New World Music Corporation, which is accessible on imslp. I will be going through the piece and guiding you through the main musical ideas, techniques and helpful ways to practice. Every video will remain around 10 minutes so you can feel inspired and helped without having to reserve a big chunk of your valuable (practice) time.Constructive feedback is very much appreciated, so do share your thoughts and I will be happy to incorporate it into a next series. Enjoy!
