Lute Society of America Lute Fest 2024 at Case Western University, Ohio, with Paul O'Dette.

I was performing a Fantasia by "Laurencini" from Besard's "Thesaurus Harmonicus"(1603).

In the beginning of the video, we discuss the name and discovery of the composer through a recently found manuscript, the Albani Manuscript, I believe discovered in the possession of Orazio Albani Da Urnino's(Urbino?) family.

Please enjoy and I hope you can take some advice from this class for yourself.

Thanks again to the LSA for the Scholarship and opportunity to come out and experience this festival firsthand. I will never forget it and the wonderful people I met on that journey.
