Open cup made from cutting the top off a plastic paper cup and putting it on a base of left over dripping's from a previous pour

Paint's are mixed as follows
1 part acrylic paint
1 part flood floetrol
water to consistency
where paint leaves a trace on top (as in video)

Blick Metallic Teal
Matisse So Ocean Blue
Golden Prussian Blue Hue
