Okamoto Yoko Shihan, currently holding the 7th dan, studied Aikido not only at the Hombu Dojo with the late Doshu Kisshomaru Ueshiba, but also in France with Christian Tissier Shihan. In 2003 she founded the now very well-known Aikido Kyoto, definitely one of the dojos to visit in Japan. Well-structured and interesting classes and a warm atmosphere are what you'll find there.
