One of the great, generous-hearted and ingenious comedies of the English language, Oliver Goldsmith's She Stoops to Conquer offers a celebration of chaos, courtship and the dysfunctional family.

Jamie Lloyd (Cyrano de Bergerac) directs an acclaimed production, with Sophie Thompson as Mrs Hardcastle, Steve Pemberton as Mr Hardcastle, Cush Jumbo as Constance and Katherine Kelly as Kate. She Stoops to Conquer was filmed live on-stage by National Theatre Live in 2012.

It is available for educational establishments to watch with the National Theatre Collection.
