NYC's new tax on drivers, celebrated by some, was given a defiant gesture by artist Scott LoBaido, who considers himself among the last of residents who "don't take crap from anybody."

After he stood up against those who are "shredding the working man," LoBaido joined "Rob Schmitt Tonight" to discuss why he blames the New Yorkers who vote and welcome in such lawmakers and policies.
