Our first-ever music industry Master Class with Songbirds + Dynamo Studios was a huge success—but don’t just take our word for it, check out what the students have to say!

This spring, we brought a group of Chattanooga high school students into Deadbird Studio, our newly opened creative space. Over the course of 8 weeks, they worked with a signed artist named Duka to write, record, mix, and shoot a full song & music video together, from scratch.

In this recap video, the students interview each other about their experience diving into everything from songwriting and production to lighting setups and on-camera storytelling.

This isn’t just a cool opportunity—it’s real-world creative economy skill building in media production, music, and teamwork. And it's just the beginning of what our future programs will look like!
