How are your kids coping with Covid? With school closings, are they maintaining their daily structure provided with school studies and learning. How are they coping not having the opportunity to spend time with their friends and engaging in other relational activities.

Be aware of your children’s mental health in coping with changes in daily routines and adjusting to new normal during Covid.

As hard as it is for adults, children feel the same stress and anxiety.
