Agnes is a sound healer, cacao mama and yoga & breathwork teacher who shares sound, movement & cacao in Hamburg and online. She studied Pharmaceutical Science and worked 5 years in the conventional health system when she decided that she wants to dedicate her work to holistic practices and build a bridge between science and spirituality. Her main instruments are the harmonium and her own voice, which she encourages everyone to share as our own medicine. In her deep relaxing sound baths she creates soundscapes with harmonium, crystal bowls, gong, handpan, chimes, drums and many more instruments and often adds the wisdom of raw cacao to the journey - solo or together with her partner Lennart.
