Follow along with me as I create a ladybug sculpture with air-dry clay. In Part 1 of my Ladybug Tutorial series I show the supplies needed, create the under structure (the forms/shapes) and begin to add clay to the ladybug forms.

Scissors/cutting shears
Masking tape
Cardboard
Aluminum Foil
Bottom half of a plastic egg
Small plastic bowl(s)
Foam ball
Air-dry clay
Hot glue gun
Sharpie Marker
Hot glue fingertip protector (optional)
Container of rice (optional)
