Lady Gaga never fails to bring the house down! The music superstar delighted fans with her 2025 MTV VMAs appearance on Sept. 7, the same night she had a scheduled concert for her Mayhem Ball tour. Mother Monster was seen in the crowd next to Ariana Grande, who sweetly offered to help Gaga out of her seat to accept Artist of the Year honors with an emotional speech. Gaga delivered soulful remarks honoring fellow artists dedicated to their craft and discipline, her devoted fans, and fiancé Michael Polansky. Gaga concluded on a lighter note, teasing that she wished she could have stayed at the show longer but was already due to take the stage at Madison Square Garden!
