• 2 tbsp Corn-flour
• 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp Groundnut Powder
• 1 tbsp Green chili Paste
• 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic Paste
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• Pinch of Asafoetida
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tbsp Curd (if required)
• Oil for frying
