K-pop star Nayeon's solo debut album has ranked 7th in the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, the highest yet for a K-pop solo artist.
Nayeon is the group leader of the K-pop girl group TWICE, and late last month, she dropped her first-ever solo album, "Im Nayeon" also read as "I'm Nayeon".
Billboard said on Sunday local time that in less than a week, the K-pop star had sold 57-thousand equivalent album units in the U.S.
This has pushed her up the ranks in the Billboard 200 that measures album sales and digital sales.
