What are transitions?The art of non-stop pattern changes in club swinging.
There are two groups of transitions.
* Forced transitions using pendulums.
* Body Turn transitions using circles.
Transitions can be made with both arms or one arm at a time.
* Two-arm transitions
* One-arm transitions
Transitions are also used to change time signatures and swing styles.
* Synchronous
* Asynchronous
* Follow
Think of transitions as the connecting language for Indian Club circular patterns.
This workshop will help you master:
* iPosition holds
* Grip manipulation
* Pendulum swings
* Hidden & Blended transitions
* Forced & Body Turn transitions
