2️⃣ Polar Push - Sled pushes with ice blocks on top.
3️⃣ Frosted Reps - Squats with ice pack weighted vests.
4️⃣ Glacier Grip Challenge - Ice bucket bicep curls and lunges.
5️⃣ Recovery Chill Zone - Post workout ice baths.
