This is the bass tab for Merle Haggard's I Think I'll Just Stay Here and Drink. It is a note for note transcription of the original.
I started by separating the original track into drums/bass/guitar/vocal. I then painstakingly transcribed all the parts note for note, and replayed them (except for the drums). I then went into the recording booth and sang the song.
The Drums were played by Meredith Myers.
Dedicated to the memory of Merle Haggard.

I Think I'll Just Stay Here and Drink was written by Merle Haggard and was a Number 1 Single from his album: Back to the Barrooms Again.
The Equipment used in this recording is as follows:

Slate ML1 Microphone
The software is Cubase Pro.
The audio interface is an Axe IO
The Bass sound was created with a Sire V7, straight into the Axe.
The Guitars are an SG Prophecy, a Blueridge acoustic, and a Fender 50's reissue Telecaster straight into the Axe. Amplitube 5 was used for amp emulation.
Piano and B3 were played on a Roland Fantom.
All vocals were recorded with the Slate ML1
Ozone 9 was used for mastering.
The video, and the recording, were produced by Abraham Myers.
