As many of you know, Rocky Moran, Jr. designed our track here at K1 Circuit, and a short while ago, we were privileged to host a private gathering for the Moran family. Three generations of the Morans were present: Rocky Sr., Rocky, Jr., and Rocky Jr.'s son, Rocky. During the event, Rocky, Jr. and his son enjoyed some kart racing on the track, while Senior watched trackside, occasionally tinkering with the family's karts. In our new video below, you'll hear Rocky Moran, Jr discuss the track, his design process, and how his association with K1 Circuit. You'll also hear from his son, who carries the name forward.

Most importantly, you'll hear from the man we honor today, Rocky Moran, Sr. In our brief interview with him, he reflects on his 1993 Daytona triumph, what it was like to race for the "Big Eagle", and what it means to have his name immortalized at K1 Circuit with the Rocky Moran Corner.
