I received almost 1000 images from my own wedding day and I thought it was way too many. It took me hours to go through them all and I wish my photographer had curated it a bit better. No shade to my photographer, the photos were beautiful but there were a lot of duplicates. Some people might have liked that but I thought I was paying the photographer to sort through them. That's why I take a lot of time to cull down my galleries. You might disagree and that's okay. There is no right or wrong answer here. It's all personal preference. Do whatever helps you sleep at night.
