Goodbye 2025...Hello 2026| Final Tour VLOG Of 2025 | Jem's Tour Diary Ep.10

Finishing off the final leg of the Christmas Tour with Sidewalk Prophets was bittersweet but more sweet than anything! Being on the road for the last 6 months with this amazing group of people was nothing but a dream come true and so refreshing. As 2025 ends, I'm reflecting on what an incredible journey it has been and it makes me so excited for what 2026 has to offer! Walking in faith with God no matter what the journey looks like! Here's what my last week of 2025 looked like filled with lots of music and travel going from touring musician to Music Director back in Michigan. Happy New Year everyone!
