Four MAJOR Events Are Headed This Way...

A geomagnetic storm is on the way, along with a tropical system out in the Atlantic, a big early autumn cold blast and a blood moon. We will be in moderate to potentially strong geomagnetic storm conditions as we go through the next 48 hours or so, and auroras will be visible down to the central US. Some minor disruptions to communications and navigation are possible as well. A tropical wave out in the Atlantic is poised to get its act together over the next 7 days, with the potential to develop into Tropical Storm Gabrielle and approach the Antilles or the US in about 10 days to 2 weeks. Meanwhile, a large upper-level trough/low pressure system will invade the Midwest and Great Lakes mid-week, bringing highs in the 50s and lows in the 30s. Some of that will spill into the south and southeast, but it will take several more days to do so. Also, a blood moon will occur on September 7th.
