Just got the bass and plugged it in through a reverb from Helix HX Stomp.
I really have to work on my intonation… it sounded good in the room, but on the recording I’m often playing out of tune!
So the bass arriverd with a new opportunity for praticing and improvement!
There was an EQ with a low cut on the Helix HX Stomp preset.
In other words, the unprocessed bass tone is FATTER than this sample
