Clay: I use and recommend Marblex self-hardening clay by Amaco. I have been sculpting with this clay for over 30 years. I suggest you use it. https://www.DickBlick.com

Paints: I used black paint.

Golden GAC 100 Acrylic Primer and Extender or use another clear product and primer.

Pearl Ex Pigments in the colors: Reflex Violet and Antique Bronze and Silver. https://www.DickBlick.com

A flat surface to sculpt on to sculpt on, washcloth, cup of water.
