Exploring The Rich and Modern Side to Manila, Philippines ????????

You join us today in BGC, known as the "Rich and Modern" Side to Manila, due to its luxury high end shopping, apartments, 5 star hotels and big corporate jobs. Locals have told us this is the most lucrative, sought after and in demand area of The Philippines and the most expensive city in the country, so today Teigan and I are going to explore and see what the hype is all about.

Before anything, we need a coffee to function and why not try a new coffee chain called Pickup Coffee. Let me tell you, this place is a 10/10, would go again. Once that's in our system it's time to explore BGC and really experience how the rich live in Manila and yes it lives up to the hype. It's got a nice shopping high street, super modern, wide, clean and spacious streets. So many tall modern skyscrapers and plenty of top businesses and brands, even the Philippines Stock Exchange. It feels like a city that's very Americanised and Westernised and little Filipino culture.

We ended our adventure with a McDonald's because why not since everything around us is already western LOL. We tried new things we have never tried before like a Steak and Mushroom bowl and other things.

Did we enjoy BGC? Well of course, who wouldn't. It's got everything you could possible need all within this small city and we could defiantly see ourselves living here one day, we would recommend anyone new to Manila to defiantly come check this place out.
